All our coffee tables are made to order with a lead time of 4 - 6 weeks depending on levels of demand.

Orders are processed within 1 - 5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Although we will do our best to ensure your delivery arrives on time, some couriers experience delays which are beyond our control for which we cannot accept responsibility.
We will deliver your furniture from Devon using a professional two man team. These items heavy and we can only deliver to a ground floor location.
Our handmade, reclaimed pine sustainable furniture is delivered to your home completely packaging free ensuring no waste. Our partnering couriers are experts in the handling, transportation and storage of our handmade furniture. We ensure that every one of our handmade furniture items are handled with extra care to ensure they reach you in pristine condition with the use of cotton protection cloths and blankets to ensure no wasteful packaging.

Please note that bespoke, made to order furniture is non-returnable as these are custom orders and non-refundable once they have been built.
It is important to say that understandably Frank & Pig cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from your reclaimed furniture not being cared for appropriately, and we cannot be held responsible remedying an issue caused by not giving it the love it deserves.
We would also ask that in the event of there being an issue with your reclaimed furniture that you contact us within two days of delivery so that we can take any appropriate action.
