Your table should be loved - we live around them and create memories at them. Whether enjoying a laid back family brunch or Sunday roast, a formal dinner party, birthdays and family celebrations, children's craft or study; our tables are used every single day.

Most of us are guilty of sitting in front of the TV to eat our dinner but some studies have shown that sitting together at a dining table is great for your health. Not only can it help to bring people together and improve family relationships, but it can also help you to eat healthier too! At Frank & Pig we want you to love your table and the experiences you create sitting around it.

We have handcrafted the Lidster Refectory Table from reclaimed pine locally sourced from old barns, houses and factories. The wood used is carefully checked for quality and all old nails and bolts are removed. Every part of the wood is hand sanded for a smooth, organic finish for you and your family to enjoy and the history of the wood used will be visible to be appreciated for generations to come. In a world of mass produced furniture, we want to save the wood used from being incinerated or placed in landfill and to give it a new lease of life and show the true beauty within!

Our Lidster Refectory Tables feature two inch thick table tops to ensure longevity and durability. The robust and chunky Refectory Table legs are hand turned and finished with a support bar to not only give your table strength and stability, but character and ever-lasting beauty.

We are in love with our new Lidster table and benches - I had my eye on them for ages but was afraid Frank & Pig might not deliver to us in remote Scotland. But I need not have been a worried, Nicky was brilliant and sorted everything. The table and benches went on an amazing journey from Devon to Sutherland via Skye. They are beautiful to look at and a work of art in themselves. The quality is fantastic, as is the service by Frank & Pig, and I really can't recommend them highly enough!!

A flat, solid base is required due to the weight of the stores and the weight of the logs that will be kept in them.
